This panel explores the intersection between social justice legal advocacy, professional responsibility, and ethics, and in particular, professional development programs and training for lawyers. At the core of the intersectional analysis, we argue for the centering of anti-racist, critical Indigenous feminist analysis and a critical Black feminist lens.
